On June 5th, Pamela is collaborating with veteran yoga instructor, Nancy Opgaard, for a day long Yoga & Art Retreat. Consider joining us for the day from 9am-4pm in Bantam Borough Hall in Bantam, CT.
A 3-hour morning yoga class taught by Nancy Opgaard and afternoon 2-hour process painting session led by Pamela Hochstetter. Be sure to bring an appetite for inner freedom. No previous experience necessary.
Bring or buy your lunch at one of Bantam's local markets. Fee: $100 for the day, all materials are included. Pre-registration required by June 1st.
