The Connecticut League of History Organizations presents Awards of Merit to institutions and individuals who demonstrate the highest of professional standards, and who enhance and further the understanding of Connecticut history. The purpose of the Awards of Merit is to recognize the care, thought and effort invested in these contributions and to inspire and encourage others by acknowledging exceptional contributions to state and local history.

Jennifer Cordon Wyzykowski MFA '12
Jennifer writes, "Debuting my NEW children's book at Harwinton Library. I have written and illustrated and hoping to publish the book, plus some new work. This event runs from January 7 through February 29."
OPENING RECEPTION is January 19, 1-4, with a snow date of January 26, 1:30-4.
The public is welcome to come and meet the artist and enjoy some refreshments. The show, titled "Growing" is a display of mixed media works by the artist.

We are now accepting submissions for SOLOS 2013, juried by MASS MoCA curator, Susan Cross. Please see the attached PDF and Artwork Checklist to include in your submission. You may also download a copy on our website.
As a courtesy to students, we are offering a Student Rate of $40 which includes the entry fee to SOLOS + a one-year Membership to the Westport Arts Center. Students are required to submit a copy of their current student ID along with their application.
