Graphic Designer opportunity

Sara Pinto Woods (2011) works at a company called Neoperl, Inc in Waterbury, CT. We currently have a Full-time Graphic Design/Marketing position open with normal office hours. I wanted to reach out to you to see if you have any graduates looking for full-time graphic design work. If anyone is interested they can apply through The Hire Source in Waterbury, http://www.thehiresource.com/application-process/
The position isn't currently posted, applicants can put Sara Woods down under "how did you hear about us?"

We are looking for someone who is really energetic and upbeat. There is a lot of work and we need someone who can handle a fast pace. They will be working with me directly in the Marketing Dept. Hours would be around 8:30am-5:00pm, but a lot of the time we need someone who can stay later to meet deadlines. Hours are able to be somewhat flexible. They would be able to start immediately.

Our main company is based in Germany. We have branches all over the world. We design books, ads, posters, packaging, flyers, etc. We do a lot of printing. You can find our products at Home Depot, Walmart, and plumbing wholesalers across the US. Our most popular magazine we publish in is The Family Handyman.

The job requires an excellent knowledge of InDesign. We use it frequently and everyday. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is also required. We make a lot of clipping paths and illustrated instructions.
Photography, video, Flash and Dreamweaver experience would be a plus. Must be able to lift 25lbs as we do a lot of trade show preparation- we assemble and breakdown booth sets.
Must be able to pay attention to small details. Our products are tiny and very similar to one another.
Organization and time management skills are important, we have multiple projects going on at once at all times.
