CT Arts Catalyze Placemaking Program

The Arts Catalyze Placemaking (ACP) Program was created to provide funding for arts-based cultural institutions, activities, programs and artists in ways that will advance Connecticut cities, towns, and villages as meaningful communities in which to live, work, learn and play. The ACP program will run as a pilot in FY2013.

We have prepared a chart to provide an overview of the Arts Catalyze Placemaking (ACP) categories; range of grant awards; funding periods; eligibility, matching and other grant requirements; submission information and review process. Full guidelines will provide greater detail.

COA survey for the ARTS

The Connecticut Office of the Arts (COA) wants to learn more about what Connecticut artists in the performing, literary and media arts need to help them succeed as creative professionals.  A short (about 5 minute) survey will help ultimately to develop relevant business training for artists out of the State's office and coming from our regional office.

This survey invitation is sent to artists and to organizations throughout Connecticut that work with artists. Information collected from these surveys will make a substantive difference in helping us address artists' needs.

Thank you in advance for your input, cooperation, and support.
