Diane
Robinson, age 49 of Redding, CT, passed away at Danbury Hospital
on Thursday July 5, 2012. She graduated Western
Connecticut State University in 1987 earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Graphic Design. Diane then continued her education in graphic design
while taking enrichment courses at area schools such as Norwalk
Community College, the CT Institute of Art, and Fairfield University.
After completing her education in graphic design, Diane then worked for
The Stamford Advocate, The Greenwich Times and finally Deloitte and
Touche of both Weston and Stamford. Outside of work Diane also had a passion for
art. She brought joy to many people by sharing her talents in the
artist's realm. Her creative photos and drawings inspired and moved
several people that knew her.
Diane participated in the last art show we had for alumni in Warner Hall.
A Mass of Christian
Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church, Redding, Saturday
morning at 10:30. Private burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery at a
later date. The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home,
215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, CT, Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00.
