The Lecture/Presentation To Kick off the Plight of the Pollinators Call to Art Project, was well attended and very interesting! Dr. Susan Cusato (above) of South CT University's environmental education program, gave a lecture on the state of the pollinator crisis we are experiencing. During the informative talk  Dr.Cusato was able to give examples of ways the everyday person can participate in promoting a healthy pollinator population. Artist beekeeper, Randy Orzano (right) gave a presentation and talk on his experiences with working with bees and his inter-species collaborative artwork.
