Santo invites you to his exhibit, "State Street Real Estate Group is pleased to host
an exhibit of artworks by Santo Bruno. The exhibition dates are June 4-15thwith an
artist reception June 8thfrom 5 to 8 pm in the gallery at State Street Real Estate Group located at 12 Queen St, in Charleston, SC.
Santo Bruno has worked in two and three dimensional media as well as installations.
His art is primarily abstract and is known for its deceptive simplicity and inventiveness.
His interest has been to strike a balance between order and
intuition while focusing on emotional, spiritual and intellectual ideas.
Bruno has exhibited internationally and has been active in Philadelphia, Rome Italy, Atlanta, New York City and Connecticut.
His work is in museum and important public & private collections.
The exhibit will feature a selection of earlier and current works.
Highlighting the exhibition is a piece called “Spinner” which he created in 1991.
“Spinner” is an interactive installation of multiple 11 inch interchangeable discs with infinite compositional permutations."
