The Gallery at the Kent Art Association invites all artists to enter the annual KAA Member Show I, which runs from Sunday, March 13 until Sunday, April 10. Receiving will take place at The Gallery at the Kent Art Association on Route 7, just south of the monument, Saturday, March 12 from 11 am to 2 pm. All work must be original and for sale. Five $100 awards of excellence will be awarded. The show is co-chaired by Barbara Ripps and Virginia Schaeffer and will be judged by Patricia Billeci, Mireille Duchesne and Jay Pinchbeck. The show opens on Sunday, March 13 from 1 pm to 5 pm and the Awards Reception is scheduled for Saturday afternoon March 19 from 2 to 4 pm with awards presented at 3 pm.
Receiving for the Richter Association for the Arts Member Show is on April 4, 2011 from 3 pm until 7 pm. All medium accepted. Current member enter free, prizes will be awarded!
The show opens April 9 with a special reception for artists and closes April 10. The show is open both days from 2 pm until 5 pm.
