The WCSU department of theatre arts will perform "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" based on the Emmy Award-winning, 1970s animated series that taught history, grammar, math, science and politics through song. The performances will be at 2 and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, at Ives Concert Park on the university's Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. Featured will be the show's classic songs such as "Lolly, Lolly, Lolly," "I'm Just a Bill" and "Conjunction Junction." Tickets will be $15 for adults, and $10 for children 16 and under, plus fees.
